Application Process:
3. A copy of the social security card for anyone 17+
4. Last 30 days paystubs for applicant/ lease holder
Apply for Desired Unit
There is a $65 application fee for the applicant/ lease holder (background and credit check); an additional $20 application will also be required for all occupants 17+ in the same household (background only).
1. A copy of the driver’s license or government issued ID for anyone 17+
2. The name and number of current or most recent landlord for reference3. A copy of the social security card for anyone 17+
4. Last 30 days paystubs for applicant/ lease holder
Once the application is complete, and all information is received, you will receive a decision email from the management office. Please allow 48 hours for a decision.
Upon approval an email will be sent including the necessary information for your next steps.
